"The staffs Chiew Luan is very responsive and helpful. The technician install the aircon for me also very professional and reconfirmed with me the place to fix. However, I would suggest use the sound proof drilling tools to minimise the noise and use vacuum cleaner to suck the dust when drilling into the wall.
